This book is about girl named Samantha Madison. She lives in Washington. She is a normal girl. Catherine is her best friend. She have two sisters - Lucy and Rebecca. Lucy ( older sister ) is a cheerleader and most popular girl in school. Rebbeca ( younger sister ) is very intelliigent - she goes to the special school where she have collage level. Sam think that she was in love with Lucy's boyfriend - Jack. Jack is complete opposite of Lucy.
One day, Sam's mother decided that Sam will go to the drawing lessons. She don't want to go there but she must. When her hauskeeper - Theresa gave her a lift she didn't go to the drawing lesson but to the record shop. She saw there a man, who listen Billy Joel’s song - "Uptown Girl" over and over. She called him Mr. Uptown Girl. When she left the record shop the President’s motorcade stops in front of the cookie shop - next door. President walked to the cookie shop. Sam was staying next to the corner when she saw Mr. Uptown Girl. He began to pull out a gun, ready to assassinate the President. Sam distracted the man and he broke her arm. People and President called Sam as a hero because she saved President's life. President invited her to his home, because he want to indroduce Sam with his family. Of course she went there and she saw in President's hause boy - David. She remind him. He went with her to the drawing lessons, but she didn't know, from where she knows him. He is President's son. She fall in love with David. He starded to be her boyfriend.
